FORMER UFC LIGHTWEIGHT PHILLIPE NOVER SIGNS WITH BELLATOR

Former UFC lightweight fighter, Phillipe Nover, has signed with the Bellator Fighting Championships promotion and will debut in November against Polish fighter, Marcin Held.
Nover posted the news on Twitter Sunday evening.
Nover was released from the UFC following his third straight Octagon loss in February of 2010. He suffered defeats at the hands of Rob Emerson by decision at UFC 109, Kyle Bradley via TKO at UFC 98, and to Efrain Escudero by decision in the TUF 8 lightweight final.
